My own healing journey started in 2004 after I had been ill with M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) for two years. I wasn't prepared to let life pass me by any longer, so I began to look at a more holistic way of improving my health and wellbeing. Since then I have trained in Reiki, The Metamorphic Technique, Hopi Ear Candling, and Healing Breath Work. I am also a licensed 'Heal Your Life®' workshop facilitator, offering workshops and courses based on the philosophy of best-selling author, Louise Hay ('You Can Heal Your Life').

I started my business because I feel very fortunate to have found the right support and help when I was working towards my own recovery. I would now like to share with you some of what I have learned along the way. I have personal experience of all the therapies and techniques that I offer. Working holistically, I look at the whole person instead of treating individual symptoms. We are all unique and we all have different needs where healing is concerned. I believe that real healing comes from within us and that when we are ready to take the first steps on this important journey, we are lead to the right people who can assist us in this process. Therapy Service

I offer a caring, professional home visiting therapy service: I understand that it is sometimes difficult to travel to a holistic therapist or healthcare centre if you are feeling unwell. That is why all of my treatments can take place in the comfort of your own home at a time that is most convenient for you.

Support for sufferers of debilitating illnesses such as ME/CFS (and/or carers) can be provided in person, by telephone, by email or a mixture of all these. As we are all unique, we all need different things at different times. I can develop flexible programmes to assist with the healing process for each individual.

Heal Your Life Workshops in Essex

As well as my holistic therapy service, I run various workshops and courses for personal development, including 'Heal Your Life®' workshops (based on Louise Hay's work), Stress Management, Prosperity/Abundance and Cosmic Ordering. Sessions using the 'Heal Your Life®' principles are also offered on a one-to-one basis for those who prefer to work individually.
